Mx2wire+ turns an existing two-wire cable into a modern multimedia cable – simply, quickly and cost-effectively.
An existing Mx2wire+ set contains all components necessary to set up an Ethernet connection using a two-wire cable (telephone, coaxial, bell wire, Cat. 7).
Each kit is supplied with a sender/receiver unit, as well as accessories for flush-mounting or on-wall assembly and manual.

Connect a MOBOTIX camera or other PoE/PoE+ IP devices through an existing 2 wire copper connection.
This technology is extremely versatile as it can re-use existing copper wires such and antenna/video coax, telephone or power cables or any other wires with sufficient diameter and quality. With this device you can retro-fit older buildings, replace analogue camera installations, extend Ethernet networks to other rooms and premises with very low installation effort.
Important Notice: Mx2wire+ only works as a set of 2 devices and therefore will only be delivered as a set of 2. You cannot mix Mx2wire+ with other Mx2wire+ devices with different net ID Numbers or other Ethernet modulators. You cannot couple Mx2wire+ with (old) Mx2wire modules.
